Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to create a rewarding member service experience. The representative will be responsible for providing quality member service, processing transactions, and educating potential members about Oportun's services through outreach efforts. This role involves building relationships with local businesses, conducting outreach at community events, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service.
  • Processing transactions and protecting member information.
  • Informing and educating potential members about Oportun’s services.
  • Conducting outreach efforts at various locations.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
  • Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
  • Must have regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must be willing to work outdoors.
  • Basic computer skills.
