Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative

Job Description

Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative to create a rewarding member service experience. The representative will be responsible for listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. They will educate members about Oportun's financial services and empower them to build a better future.Role involves:

• Welcoming members and providing quality service.
• Processing transactions and following company policies.
• Working independently or in a team to exceed daily goals.
• Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store.
• Using a computer for administrative tasks and member servicing.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
• Ability to organize and file paper documents.
