Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Member Loyalty Representative in Chicago, IL. The role involves creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. The representative will educate members about Oportun’s financial services through outreach activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service.
  • Processing transactions and following company policies.
  • Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
  • Building relationships with local businesses.
  • Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Outgoing and sales-focused.
  • Love helping members through outreach.
  • Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Willing to work outdoors.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills.
