Job Description

Oportun is seeking a Member Loyalty Representative in Garland, TX. The ideal candidate will have customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience and be passionate about providing a rewarding member service experience. This role involves engaging with members in stores and communities, educating them about Oportun's financial services, and building relationships with local businesses.

• Welcoming members and providing quality service.
• Processing transactions and protecting member information.
• Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
• Maintaining the store's appearance.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing and sales-focused.
• Available to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Willing to work outdoors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
