Job Description
Narvar is seeking a Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement to join their Revenue Operations team. This role involves architecting and executing a comprehensive enablement strategy to fuel revenue growth and enhance GTM team performance. The Head of GTM Enablement will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to design, build, and deliver programs that elevate skills, optimize processes, and drive measurable business outcomes across the entire customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be curious, data-driven, and empathetic, with a bias for action and impact. They should have a strong understanding of GTM motions and roles, as well as expertise in modern sales methodologies and customer success best practices.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing the overall GTM enablement strategy and roadmap.
- Architecting, designing, building, and managing comprehensive enablement programs.
- Identifying and analyzing GTM team capability gaps.
- Collaborating with Sales, CS, PS, and Marketing leadership.
- Refining GTM processes and identifying opportunities to embed best practices.
- Developing and implementing programs to equip first-line managers.
- Ensuring optimal utilization of the enablement tech stack.
- Planning and executing key GTM events.
- Ensuring core changes to GTM motions are adopted consistently across regions and teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in GTM Enablement within a SaaS environment.
- Proven success as a "player-coach".
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful enablement programs.
- Advanced proficiency in diagnosing GTM capability gaps.
- Strong understanding of diverse GTM motions and roles.
- Expertise in modern sales methodologies and customer success best practices.
- Experience managing and optimizing an enablement tech stack.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred.
