Job Description
Inizio is seeking an Analyst, Advisory Research Consulting to join their team in Gurugram, India. Inizio is a strategic partner for health and life science businesses, unlocking the value of healthcare innovation through strategic, analytic, and creative capabilities. The Analyst will play an active role in engagements, performing complex analyses and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.

Role involves:
  • Research, information synthesis and analysis
  • Performing complex analyses and handling sections in larger assignments
  • Playing an active role in all aspects of an engagement - identification of issues, formulation of hypotheses, planning and conducting analyses; and synthesizing conclusions into recommendations
  • Delivering to quality, under the guidance of a Engagement/Group Manager

Requirements:
  • M Pharm and MBA or PG (Life Sciences) and MBA
  • 2-4 years of experience in Pharma domain or in Consulting Company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Conceptual, analytical & tactical thinking, strategic thought process
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding global team environment, work under tight deadlines
  • Domain knowledge of Pharma sector
  • Science and Commercial aspects
