Job Description
Carta is seeking a highly motivated SDR Manager to lead their Sales Development Representative team across the APAC and MENA regions. This role is based in Singapore and will be instrumental in driving the company's growth in these strategic markets. The SDR Manager will work closely with the GTM lead to develop territory strategies, optimize outbound efforts, support marketing initiatives, and maximize the impact of events. Carta is invested in their people and prioritizes internal growth.Role involves:
  • Coaching and developing SDR talent
  • Leading business development efforts across APAC and MENA
  • Devising and implementing pipeline generation strategies
  • Driving high performance and accountability
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other managers
  • Strengthening relationships within Carta’s partnership ecosystem
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales environment with monthly KPIs
  • Successful experience as an SDR/BDR, with management or mentoring experience
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and the private markets ecosystem
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to roll up sleeves
  • Understanding of CRM hygiene; Salesforce (SFDC) experience preferred
  • Motivation to develop and advance the careers of team members
