Job Description
Carta is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team in Singapore. This role involves identifying ideal customer profiles, generating conversations through various channels, and driving the company's pipeline. The Sales Development Representative will work closely with the AE team to build a healthy sales pipeline and collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate Carta’s brand awareness.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying Carta’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Prospecting via multiple channels like Email, Phone, LinkedIn to generate conversations
- Creating and managing outreach campaigns to startup founders and employees
- Matching prospect pain points to specific value propositions
- Building and managing sizable lead lists
- Ensuring data integrity across critical business systems
Requirements:
- Ambitious, driven, and fearless in the face of rejection
- Tremendous desire to constantly improve
- Ability to read emotional cues and understand customer needs
- Experience working in a high volume customer-facing role
- Understanding of APAC’s startup scene
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
