Job Description
Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their Lisbon team and contribute to their mission of fighting food waste. The company connects businesses with surplus food to consumers through a marketplace app, aiming to reduce the environmental impact of food waste. The Sales Specialist will focus on the Lisbon metropolitan area, reporting to the Sales Team Lead while working with a high degree of independence. Role involves:
  • Researching the market to identify prospects and decision-makers.
  • Generating interest in Too Good To Go.
  • Prospecting and qualifying new leads.
  • Conducting meetings and opening store profiles in the app.
  • Training new partners on using the app and advising them on food waste solutions.
  • Working with monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Participating in departmental trainings and activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in sales, including cold acquisition, preferably in a start-up or hospitality sector.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Native Portuguese speaker with good English proficiency.
  • Located in Lisbon and available for hybrid work (field and office).
  • Passion for the mission of reducing food waste.
  • Results-driven and able to work towards targets.
  • Positive, proactive, creative, and resourceful.
  • Open to new ideas and feedback.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to a developing environment.
