Job Description
Litmus is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team in Pune, India. This role focuses on the development and maintenance of the Software Development Kit (SDK) across multiple programming languages and versions of Litmus Edge. The Solutions Architect will ensure seamless integration with new features, maintain backward compatibility, and provide robust support for developers using the SDK. They will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams to enhance the SDK’s capabilities and drive adoption.

Role involves:
  • Maintaining and enhancing the Software Development Kit (SDK) for Litmus Edge.
  • Providing Long-Term Support (LTS) and manage versioning for each supported programming language.
  • Expanding SDK coverage to additional languages, including GoLang, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Monitoring and responding to GitHub issues and bug reports.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, tutorials, and sample projects.
  • Maintaining and expanding automated test suites.
  • Researching and implementing best practices in SDK development.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience in multiple programming languages, including GoLang, JavaScript, and Java.
  • Experience with API development and SDKs, particularly in industrial IoT, edge computing, or cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of GitHub workflows and actions, version control, and open-source contribution best practices.
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
  • Basic familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of SDK development and maintenance.
  • Experience working with developer communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and developer support.
