Job Description
Tebra is seeking a Sales Development Representative to scale revenue. The Sales Development Representative will research prospects, discover pain points, and set meetings with decision-makers, enabling the Account Executive team to focus on conducting meetings and increasing productivity.
Role involves:
- Setting quality meetings with medical practices across the country
- Participating in classroom-style learning, role-plays, and practice
- Generating qualified leads and prospecting via cold calls
- Building rapport and identifying prospects’ needs
- Being responsible for generating own prospects
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo is a plus
- Success working remotely and a strong home setup
- Grit, strong work ethic, coachability, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development
