Job Description
Tebra is seeking a Sales Development Representative to scale revenue. The Sales Development Representative will research prospects, discover pain points, and set meetings with decision-makers, enabling the Account Executive team to focus on conducting meetings and increasing productivity.

Role involves:
  • Setting quality meetings with medical practices across the country
  • Participating in classroom-style learning, role-plays, and practice
  • Generating qualified leads and prospecting via cold calls
  • Building rapport and identifying prospects’ needs
  • Being responsible for generating own prospects

Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Zoominfo is a plus
  • Success working remotely and a strong home setup
  • Grit, strong work ethic, coachability, confidence, curiosity, self-awareness, and a focus on self-development
