Localyze is seeking a Junior Demand Generation Manager to play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and nurture high-quality prospects, directly contributing to an increase in sales pipeline quality and volume. This role involves leveraging innovative demand generation strategies and deep market insights to attract and engage potential customers.As part of the Growth team, the Junior Demand Generation Manager will report to the Demand Generation Team Lead and partner with key stakeholders across the Growth and Revenue Department.Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute integrated multi-channel marketing activities, including email, events, and digital media to drive new leads and pipeline generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with inbound and outbound teams to optimize sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
  • Manage competing priorities and logistics for events, including webinar programs and in-person summits.
  • Collaborate with the global revenue team to define target account lists and build unique marketing strategies and campaigns for key prospects.
  • Ensure database cleanliness while building key nurturing programs to engage this database.
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and provide detailed reports on key metrics and insights.
  • Utilize various intent signals to identify and engage with high-quality prospects.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, demand generation for SaaS or Tech businesses.
  • Proven experience in demand generation/capture and lead nurturing.
  • Experience with social media content creation.
  • Marketing and sales automation/email marketing experience, particularly with HubSpot.
  • Experience working on webinar programs and owned in-person events.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analytics, and product managers.
  • Experience working in global organizations and partnering with teams in multiple time zones, geographies, and cultures.
