Eucalyptus, an Australian-founded digital healthcare company, is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and align with brand goals. The Social Media Manager will measure success by setting KPIs, tracking performance, and demonstrating how social media impacts brand and digital outcomes. They will produce standout content, including short-form, long-form, and reel-style videos, as well as static posts. The Social Media Manager will also engage with online communities to foster discussions and maintain a positive brand presence, and collaborate with growth, product, SEO, and PR teams to align content with broader initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing

  • Visual storytelling skills with video production, photography, and editing abilities (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimise content performance
  • Understanding of community growth and experience working with UGC and influencers
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content
  • Ability to plan strategically, manage calendars, and run impactful campaigns
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to new trends
