Job Description
Eucalyptus, an Australian digital healthcare company, is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to join their team in Sydney. This role is crucial in ensuring clinical safety and quality across Eucalyptus's operations. The Clinical Operations Associate will work within the Clinical Operations function, reporting to the Clinical Operations Lead.

Role Involves:
  • Actioning audit findings and identifying trends in prescriber behaviors.
  • Overseeing clinical incidents and complaints, including triage and escalation.
  • Supporting pre-launch and launch activities from a clinical perspective.
  • Creating and reviewing clinical materials.
  • Conducting research and education initiatives.
  • Contributing to product and engine improvements.
  • Participating in New Product Development (NPD) processes.
  • Leading incident triage and root cause analysis for serious clinical incidents.
  • Assisting with safety and quality reporting.
  • Serving as a clinical point of contact for practitioner queries.
  • Coordinating clinical aspects of pharmacy relationships.
  • Supporting the development of internal tools for automation.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA-registered clinician with at least 2 years post-graduation experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment and understanding of safe, high-quality care.
  • Operational curiosity and a drive to improve systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a rigorous approach to audits and processes.
  • Proactive and reliable with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Systems thinker who can connect people, processes, and data.
  • Clear communicator with confidence in conveying information.
  • Collaborative nature with strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
