Job Description
GHX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product delivery that aligns with customer needs and strategic business objectives. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of GHX products and the customer journey across supported ERP systems.He/She will act as the critical link between engineering, customers, and business teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks.
Role involves: - Assessing ERP opportunities and customer needs.
- Translating business needs and customer feedback into product requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Exploring integration options with different ERP and MMIS systems.
- Ensuring timely, high-quality integration delivery.
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Supporting business and customer success teams.
- Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining strong collaboration with Technical Product Managers.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience with technical products, preferably with B2B integrations.
- Experience communicating technical solutions.
- Experience in ERP integration/B2B integrations.
- Excellent organizational skills and self-direction.
- Sound technical product management skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions.
- Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.
