Job Description
GHX is seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive product delivery that aligns with customer needs and strategic business objectives. This role involves gaining a deep understanding of GHX products and the customer journey across supported ERP systems.He/She will act as the critical link between engineering, customers, and business teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable tasks.Role involves:
  • Assessing ERP opportunities and customer needs.
  • Translating business needs and customer feedback into product requirements.
  • Collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams.
  • Exploring integration options with different ERP and MMIS systems.
  • Ensuring timely, high-quality integration delivery.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Supporting business and customer success teams.
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintaining strong collaboration with Technical Product Managers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with technical products, preferably with B2B integrations.
  • Experience communicating technical solutions.
  • Experience in ERP integration/B2B integrations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and self-direction.
  • Sound technical product management skills and customer-focused mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions.
  • Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.
