PayPay, a FinTech company with over 69 million users, is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition division. The company values strategic acquisition of talent and HR marketing activities to enhance company value. The Tech Recruiter will play a crucial role in strengthening the organization's capabilities as PayPay continues to grow.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and promoting recruitment and marketing strategies.
  • Collecting and analyzing data of the competitive recruitment market.
  • Defining job requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Designing, managing, and improving the hiring process based on data.
  • Designing interview criteria and providing interviewer training.
  • Managing hiring events with stakeholders.
  • Promoting appropriate cost strategy based on ROI.
  • Interacting with internal teams from an HRM perspective.

Requirements:

  • Experience with mid-career tech recruiting at an in-house or recruiting firm.
  • Good understanding of ATS, talent management, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent English and high conversational Japanese.
