Job Description
Chemaxon is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound customer interest and support sales goals. This role is based in Budapest and reports to the Marketing Department, with a career path to the Sales Department. Chemaxon was recently acquired by Certara, a US-based model-informed drug development services and software company.
About the Role - Manage incoming leads from new and existing customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to oversee customer expectations.
- Coordinate and facilitate customer success check-ins.
- Support the organization of webinars and customer events.
- Update the CRM system and create weekly reports.
- Assist in the management of assigned small and medium-sized accounts.
Requirements - Ability to start and maintain successful dialogues with clients and prospects.
- Ability to map the decision-making process within a company.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Competency in selling to a wide spectrum of clients.
- Confidence with Salesforce practices.
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
- Eagerness to expand knowledge of enterprise software sales processes.
- Organized and diligent in administration.
- Ambitious, with an appetite for self-development in sales.
