Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable product solutions, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams. This role involves pre-sales support, technical implementations, and ensuring customer success with Topsort's platform.

Role Involves:
  • Engaging with prospects and clients to understand their requirements.
  • Leading technical conversations and product demonstrations.
  • Designing solutions and implementation plans.
  • Supporting RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
  • Driving technical onboarding for new clients.
  • Building trust with stakeholders as a technical advisor.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or implementation role.
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and web technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions.
  • Clear sense of ownership.
  • Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
