Job Description
Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant to ensure retailers successfully integrate and maximize the use of their product. The Implementation Consultant will provide training, guidance, and best practices to the X-Series team, enhancing customer loyalty and overall experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive training and support to retailers adopting the platform.
- Create inventory and customer databases by importing data.
- Achieve integration goals, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Collaborate with retailers to understand needs and configure workflows.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and retail industry best practices.
- Identify upgrade opportunities for payments and third-party add-ons.
- Document feedback for Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, training, and professional services.
- Initiative to identify and improve processes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is a significant asset).
