Job Description
Dialogue is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Account Manager will report to the Manager, Account Management Mid-Market and will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to a growing portfolio of clients. This involves managing renewals, retention, and engagement strategies, as well as driving long-term growth opportunities with a strong passion for delighting clients.
The role requires developing and maintaining important relationships with clients, creating material to review account performance, implementing renewal strategies, managing the sales process for upsell and cross-selling opportunities, mastering internal account management practices, and mobilizing stakeholders to represent the voice of customers.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in account management and project management or client services
- Track record of performance and success
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong ability to lead projects
- Solid work ethic and proven time-management and prioritization capacity
- Experience managing or collaborating with Human Resources, Operations, and/or Finance departments is required
- Experience with Salesforce or within the insurance industry is a strong asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) is essential
