Job Description
Teads Outbrain Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Monetization Team in Montpellier. The new Teads is the omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. The Monetization Team is responsible for generating monetary value when selling publishers’ advertising space. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and have a high impact on the company’s outlook and performance.
What this role involves:
- Collaborating with software engineers and data scientists to research, develop, and deploy experiments, features and enhancements.
- Creating, designing, developing, testing, and monitoring code in production autonomously and reliably.
- Working with the Engineering Manager, Product Manager and other teams to frame projects and be accountable for their execution.
- Obtaining a good understanding of the business to provide relevant solutions to clients.
- Being a work facilitator and help communication inside and outside Teads.
- Staying up-to-date on new technologies and architectures.
Requirements:
- Good programming abilities and a focus on testing.
- Familiarity with large, high-throughput, distributed systems.
- Analytical and experimental mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Multiple shipped projects in Software Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
