Job Description
ZipRecruiter is seeking an Agency Relationship Manager to cultivate relationships with Enterprise job advertising agencies. This role focuses on increasing platform utilization and ensuring client value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic consultative sales and a deep understanding of the recruitment or advertising industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct account analysis to understand key contacts, organizational structure, and performance.
- Build strong relationships with agency decision-makers and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow agency relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- Tailor solutions based on end-customer requirements gathered through the Agency or end-customer.
- Manage responsibilities, delegate tasks, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
- Develop a deep understanding of ZipRecruiter's products and services.
- Identify opportunities to build ZipRecruiter's brand within the Agency.
- Engage ZipRecruiter subject matter experts for technical conversations and training.
- Stay informed on industry trends and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain activity metrics, sales forecasts, and projections.
- Maintain clear timelines on product related activities with Agency Partners.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience, preferably in recruitment or advertising.
- Experience in selling and consulting on pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies.
- Strong skills in building and leveraging industry and account relationships.
- Proven ability to engage in challenging conversations and handle objections.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
