Razorpay is seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP to implement people strategies for business units. This role involves end-to-end People Operations, stakeholder management, and driving HR interventions. The Senior Manager will also focus on talent sourcing, change management, employee engagement, and performance management.

Requirements:
  • 9-11 years of HRBP experience in a fast-paced/startup environment
  • Managed an HC Size of 200-400 Folks
  • Gritty and a Hustler
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Experience with core HR domains
  • Strong Analytical, Logical, and Numerical Aptitude
