Job Description
Industrious is seeking a Member Experience Manager for their Austin location. This is an in-person role, requiring the candidate to be on-site 5 days a week and live within an easy commute of Austin, TX. The Member Experience Manager will be the primary problem solver, motivator, and experience creator for Industrious members. They will manage the location, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with CEOs, representing Industrious in the local market, and identifying potential members. They will also be responsible for organizing events and providing exceptional service to members.
