Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to ensure retailers successfully onboard and maximize the use of Lightspeed's X-series retail product. The consultant will provide training, guidance, and share best practices to enhance customer retention and overall experience.Role involves:
Providing comprehensive training and support to retailers.
Building inventory and customer databases.
Achieving onboarding targets and deadlines.
Understanding retailer needs and setting up workflows.
Staying updated with product and retail best practices.
Identifying upgrade opportunities.
Documenting feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer success or onboarding.
Self-starter with process improvement skills.
Intermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
