Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to ensure retailers successfully onboard and maximize the use of Lightspeed's X-series retail product. The Implementation Consultant II will provide training, guidance, and share best practices to maximize customer retention and overall customer experience.

Role involves:

  • Providing training and support to retailers with onboarding packages.
  • Building inventory and customer databases by importing data.
  • Achieving onboarding targets and deadlines.
  • Understanding retailer needs and setting up workflows.
  • Staying updated with product and retail best practices.
  • Identifying upgrade opportunities.
  • Documenting feedback for product improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer success or onboarding.
  • Self-starter with process improvement skills.
  • Intermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
