Implementation Consultant II

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to ensure retailers successfully complete onboarding and maximize the use of their product. The Implementation Consultant II will provide training, guidance, and share best practices for Lightspeed's X-series retail product to maximize customer retention and overall customer experience.

What this role involves:

• Providing comprehensive training and support to retailers with onboarding packages.
• Building inventory and customer databases by importing data.
• Achieving onboarding targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
• Understanding retailer needs and ensuring workflows are set up for success.
• Staying up to date with product and retail best practices.
• Identifying upgrade opportunities for payments, third-party add-ons, and plan upgrades.
• Documenting feedback to improve the onboarding experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer success or onboarding.
• Self-starter with process improvement skills.
• Intermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
• Deep technical knowledge of the retail industry and retail commerce tools (preferred).
• E-commerce experience (preferred).
• Sales experience (preferred).
