Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant II to ensure retailers successfully complete onboarding and maximize the use of Lightspeed's X-series retail product. This role involves training, guidance, and sharing best practices to enhance customer retention and overall experience.Responsibilities include:
Providing comprehensive training and support to retailers with paid onboarding packages.
Building inventory and customer databases by importing data.
Achieving onboarding targets and meeting deadlines.
Understanding retailer needs and setting up workflows for success.
Staying updated with product and retail best practices.
Identifying upgrade opportunities for payments and add-ons.
Documenting feedback for product improvement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer success or onboarding.
Self-starter with process improvement skills.
Intermediate Google Sheets or MS Excel skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
