Capital Account Executive

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Capital Account Executive to join their GTM Financial Services Team in NoAM. This role involves managing a book of retail customers and supporting their growth through Lightspeed's financial services. The Capital Account Executive will be a key resource in executing acquisition tactics, driving awareness, and promoting Lightspeed Capital in the SMB segment.Responsibilities include:

• Proactively reaching out to existing customers to promote financial services.
• Providing high-level service and using sales techniques to drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital.
• Building trusted advisor relationships with customers and identifying financial service opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize growth.
• Achieving sales targets and coordinating with regional leaders.
• Employing effective business development and relationship management techniques.
• Providing regular feedback to business leaders.

Requirements include:

• Sales experience, preferably in financial services, with a track record of high performance.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies.
