Capital Account Executive

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Capital Account Executive to join their GTM Financial Services Team in NoAM. This role involves managing a book of retail customers and supporting their growth through Lightspeed's financial services. The Capital Account Executive will play a key role in executing acquisition tactics and driving awareness of Lightspeed Capital in the SMB segment.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services.
• Provide high-level service and use sales techniques to drive awareness of Lightspeed Capital.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and identify financial service opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize growth.
• Achieve sales targets by providing advice and service.
• Employ business development and relationship management techniques.
• Provide regular feedback to business leaders.

Requirements:

• Sales experience, preferably selling financial services.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to use Salesforce.com and other technologies.
