Lightspeed is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance the efficiency of its revenue operations. The analyst will manage partner kickbacks, ensuring accurate recording and timely receipt. • Manage the global partner kickbacks collection process.
• Support the rollout of new processes and workflows.
• Create and share regular sales reports with partners.
• Reconcile partner sales data and verify invoice accuracy.
• Review and approve partner invoices.
• Use data and metrics to uncover insights and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Background in industries with recurring billing models or partner ecosystems.
• Ability to work independently and in groups.
• Strong background in operational analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with other departments.
