Job Description
BDA is seeking a part-time Key Holder to join the retail team at Climate Pledge Arena. This role involves selling merchandise for professional sports teams in Seattle and assisting store leadership with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Selling product and providing customer service.
  • Maintaining back stock and replenishing merchandise.
  • Leading the team to increase sales and productivity.
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Maintaining the store’s security alarm system.
  • Enforcing store policies.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and visual presentation.
  • Operating retail cloud systems.
  • Leading with a positive attitude.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Appreciation for the Kraken/Storm and their values.
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally.
  • Strong visual merchandising ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative approach with team members and vendors.
  • Commitment to sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work games and assigned events.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1 year of merchandising experience preferred.
