Director, Analytics

The company is seeking a Director of Analytics to join their team. This role is crucial for making sense of today's chaotic media landscape and guiding C-suite client decision-making. The Director will harness evolving technologies in AI and open-source intelligence gathering to provide objective counsel for business decisions.

The Director will play a key role in developing analytics-driven projects across multiple geographies and issues. They should be a collaborative and original thinker with a passion for people, culture, brands, and media.

Responsibilities:

• Be the subject matter expert on analysis and interpretation of insights.
• Make qualitative judgments that infer motivations and forecast potential future actions of media publishers and influencers.
• Develop and sell innovative measurement strategies and manage the execution and presentation of analyses.
• Execute insights from digital listening and proprietary AI network conversation analysis tools.
• Partner with clients, account teams, and cross-discipline teams to understand client questions and intelligence requirements.
• Support identification of deliverable templates and regular trainings for internal staff.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated expertise in translating data and research into strategic insights.
• 7+ years of relevant full-time experience in social listening, marketing analytics, or data visualization.
• Experience with selling or marketing custom analytics solutions.
• Experience conducting primary research or using coding for data analysis.
• Experience using media/marketing intelligence, social listening or other research tools.
• Desire and capacity to take ownership of workstreams, manage deadlines, and nurture client relationships.
