Lush is seeking an Assistant Manager for their Saddle Creek location in Memphis, Tennessee. This role supports the Shop Manager in ensuring a strong customer experience, staff experience, shop operational excellence, and exceeding sales goals. The Assistant Manager embodies Lush's Leadership Practices in all business interactions.
Role Involves:
- Collaborating with the team to exceed daily sales goals.
- Educating customers and staff on brand values.
- Demonstrating business acumen and understanding of metrics.
- Supporting staff recruitment, hiring, and development.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Managing stock and inventory.
- Maintaining visual and merchandising standards.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of managing or supervising in a retail environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills.
- Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
