Role involves:
Working directly with customers to meet their eyewear needs.
Taking and recording measurements, adjusting and fitting eyewear.
Ensuring finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
Explaining prescription terminology and product offerings.
Helping customers choose frames and lenses based on their needs and style.
Collaborating with the team to improve sales and customer service practices.
Representing the Warby Parker brand and educating others about its values.
Requirements:
Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
Passionate about eyewear and retail.
Clear, effective communication skills.
