This role is a strategic position within Apera AI’s commercial team, focused on driving operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success. The Revenue Operations Manager will play a crucial role in propelling Apera’s enterprise growth, particularly in the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. They will focus on optimizing HubSpot configuration, refining performance tracking, and driving cross-functional alignment to maximize customer value.About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a revenue performance tracking system.
  • Optimize sales pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Drive cross-functional communication and operational readiness.
  • Conduct a revenue operations audit.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead strategic project management initiatives.
  • Manage critical customer feedback and post-implementation reviews.
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate AI to improve performance.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Financial Analyst role.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, including creating custom reports.
  • Ability to develop relationships with sales, operational, and finance teams.
  • Ability to communicate and enforce reporting discipline with sales teams.
  • Experience developing and publishing KPI dashboards company-wide.
  • Ability to work 100% from the office as required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup with multiple priorities.
