They will focus on optimizing HubSpot configuration, refining performance tracking, and driving cross-functional alignment to maximize customer value.
About the Role: - Develop and implement a revenue performance tracking system.
- Optimize sales pipeline management and forecasting.
- Drive cross-functional communication and operational readiness.
- Conduct a revenue operations audit.
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration.

- Manage critical customer feedback and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations or Financial Analyst role.
- Expertise in HubSpot, including creating custom reports.
- Ability to develop relationships with sales, operational, and finance teams.
- Ability to communicate and enforce reporting discipline with sales teams.
- Experience developing and publishing KPI dashboards company-wide.
- Ability to work 100% from the office as required.
