Payroll Specialist (CV English)

Job Description

Betsson is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process in Argentina. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with external providers, Finance, and HR teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payslips for the company's growing team in LATAM. This role is based in Argentina and follows a hybrid work model.Responsibilities:

• Collecting, validating, and preparing monthly payroll data
• Coordinating with external payroll providers
• Managing systems like “Tu Recibo” and “Onvio System”
• Handling benefits, deductions, and legal withholdings
• Acting as the go-to person for employee payroll questions
• Supporting audits and delivering timely payroll reports and analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience in payroll management (Argentina mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local tax and labor legislation
• Detail-oriented with great organizational and communication skills
• Team player who can collaborate across Finance & HR
