Job Description
Postman is seeking an Associate People Business Partner to enhance the employee experience through comprehensive onboarding and offboarding programs. This role involves collaborating with People Business Partners to execute programs such as performance management, employee engagement, and organizational design. The Associate People Business Partner will analyze people metrics, identify skill gaps, and address employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling.

Requirements for this role include 3-5 years of experience in a HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role, experience in coaching employees and management, and knowledge of employment laws. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, familiarity with HR tech tools, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They should also possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving positive employee experiences.
