Job Description
Turing, based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a highly adaptable and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level operations within a fast-moving startup environment. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant and focus on managing in-person logistics and ensuring the CEO’s schedule runs smoothly. This position requires a blend of professional administrative support and occasional personal tasks.

Role involves:
  • Managing the CEO’s calendar and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including last-minute changes.
  • Running personal errands and supporting personal logistics for the CEO.
  • Preparing communication materials.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service, office assistant, or administrative support role.
  • Based in the Palo Alto / Menlo Park area and able to work onsite regularly.
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work outside traditional business hours.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with GSuite and Microsoft Office tools.
