Senior Account Executive

Job Description

Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive. The Senior Account Executive will drive the growth of Turing's portfolio of services and solutions by selling tailored business solutions to small enterprise customers. This role involves working closely with the VP of Sales and a high-performing team to drive meaningful impact.Responsibilities:

• Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers.
• Developing customer trust by understanding their business challenges.
• Proactively seeking out and closing new sales opportunities.
• Building a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieving sales quotas.
• Growing revenue within the client portfolio by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborating with clients to uncover pain points and craft customized solutions.
• Owning the entire sales process, including prospecting, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts.
• Working with internal teams to support client needs and ensure alignment.
• Continuously building knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of selling services, solutions, or consulting offerings to small enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated ability to sell solutions based on customer needs.
• Experience in building and executing strategies to develop new business.
• Strong ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
• Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling.
• Ability to engage with technical stakeholders and learn about various technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
