Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a bilingual Implementation Specialist (French and English) to support customers in successfully adopting and optimising their software platform. In this role, the individual will serve as a product expert and trusted advisor, guiding businesses through every step of the implementation process, from technical setup to training, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.

Role involves:

  • Understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions using Zenoti.
  • Leading product demos, training sessions, and solution reviews with a strong business impact.
  • Configuring and optimizing the platform according to each client’s specific workflows.
  • Anticipating risks and ensuring smooth project rollouts.
  • Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting customer issues efficiently.
  • Working closely with internal teams to improve product features and integrations.
  • Staying up to date with new Zenoti features and industry trends.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in enterprise software implementation and support.
  • Strong technical knowledge in APIs, cloud solutions, and data migration.
  • Proven experience deploying software at scale and working with enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work across distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
