Job Description
Dott, the European champion of shared micro-mobility, is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist to join their Global Payroll team in Wrocław. This role primarily focuses on managing payroll processes for Germany and the Nordics, while also supporting the Global Payroll Transformation Project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European payroll and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a primary point of contact for payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
- Managing payroll from end to end, including preparing payroll data and inputs.
- Extracting and preparing reports from time and attendance systems.
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payroll payments.
- Providing general payroll support to the team.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of payroll processes and local labor laws.
- Collaborating with payroll providers and internal teams.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience managing EU payroll.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and local labor laws.
- Experience with ShyftPlan, Humanity and CloudPay payroll systems desirable.
