Anaplan is seeking a Professional Services Director to lead and grow a high-performing team of professional service experts in Germany. This role involves delivering impactful planning and analytics solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales, ensuring customers achieve long-term value with the Anaplan platform. The Professional Services Director will drive successful implementations, guide cross-functional teams, and manage relationships to identify opportunities for increased value.Role involves:

• Scaling and guiding high-impact, multi-stakeholder implementations across diverse industries.
• Driving successful project delivery from scoping to post-go-live enablement.
• Identifying opportunities for customer adoption and expansion.
• Providing expert functional and technical mentorship.
• Resolving escalations and managing partner relationships.
• Forecasting revenue and expanding opportunities to deliver more services.
• Leading team performance and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• SaaS professional services experience, including leadership expertise.
• Proven success managing EPM/ERP projects and diverse technical teams.
• Strong client and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor cloud environments.
• Expertise in business process design, contract negotiation, and resource planning.
