Anaplan is seeking a Program Manager to join their Program and Portfolio Management Team (PPM) within the GPTO organization. This role is based in their Ottawa office. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical changes via programs of work in one or more of Anaplan's delivery pillars. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking responsibility for complex programs of work and will be supported by a knowledgeable team. Anaplan values diversity and invests in its employees.
Role Involves:
Partnering with engineering teams to plan, develop, and release value to customers.
Providing insight by helping teams track metrics aligned to business outcomes.
Improving processes, practices, and culture to enhance Agile performance.
Building and maintaining dashboards in Jira and Confluence.
Driving common approaches to simplify processes for teams and leaders.
Requirements:
Practical experience in delivering cross-functional programs in a fast-paced setting.
Project or Program Management Qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, SAFE or other equivalent).
Experience partnering with Agile teams in a delivery role.
Passionate about problem-solving and making a difference.
Team-focused with enthusiasm, approachability, collaboration, knowledge, and flexibility.
Strong history of using data to drive decisions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead via influence in cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in communicating technical concepts.
Experience with change management, especially new process definition/rollout.
