Job Description
Sertis, an ASEAN's leading Data and AI engineering and solutions company and partner firm of Andersen Consulting, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive commercial deal shaping and manage key client relationships. The role involves leading cross-functionally with Sertis’ Tech, PMO, Partnership and Marketing teams, and other Andersen partner firms to ensure successful pre-sales processes and deal closures.
Role Involves:
  • Preparing proposals and closing deals.
  • Managing key client relationships and serving as the commercial account manager.
  • Advising customers on how data analytics and AI can integrate into their business.
  • Gathering preliminary requirements and performing stakeholder analysis.
  • Leading the commercial development and launch of POCs or MVP implementations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of BD and solution sales/closing experience in consulting, technology, or software sales.
  • Deep knowledge of Data and AI technology.
  • Ability to handle presale discussions and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite.
  • Business level English is required.
