Job Description
OKX is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their AML Investigations team. This role is based in San Jose, California, and involves leading a team of AML investigators, conducting secondary reviews, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Compliance Manager will also serve as a point of escalation for complex cases and work to streamline processes within the AML investigations team.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing a small team of AML investigators.
- Conducting thorough secondary reviews of investigators' work.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Serving as a point of escalation for complex cases.
- Monitoring team performance metrics.
- Streamlining processes with other team leads and AML managers.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of AML experience in financial services with 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
