Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join their Compliance function in Singapore. The Compliance function is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. The ideal candidate will be a risk-minded problem solver who can advise the business on regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. This role reports directly to the Head of Compliance, OKX International.

What this role involves:
  • Participating in, tracking, and monitoring compliance reviews and investigations.
  • Making determinations and decisions on cases investigated.
  • Conducting additional research to ascertain the validity of matches/findings.
  • Preparing STR materials and drafting STR narratives.
  • Assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Engaging cross-functionally with various teams to implement an effective compliance management program.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Knowledge of AML/CFT/Sanctions/KYC and industry best practices.
  • Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment.
  • Intuitive, highly ethical, and comfortable to question and challenge.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
