Job Description
OKX is seeking a Senior Vendor Governance Analyst to manage strategic partnerships across its global affiliate network. This role involves implementing governance frameworks, managing risk and compliance, and fostering collaboration. The Senior Vendor Governance Analyst will monitor relationships across the corporate ecosystem and contribute to the Enterprise Vendor Management Office (EVMO) Program Governance.

What This Role Involves:
  • Developing and executing due diligence frameworks.
  • Leading central reassessment activities.
  • Establishing KPI tracking systems and reporting tools.
  • Leading regular performance reviews.
  • Designing and overseeing governance frameworks.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for strategic communications.
  • Delivering regular reports to global stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Material Third Party Oversight Program.
  • Supporting Enterprise Vendor Management reporting.
  • Supporting EVMO Program Assurance.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or intercompany relationship management.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience with GRC solutions, ideally third party risk management technologies.
