Job Description

OKX, a leading crypto exchange, is seeking a Finance IT Manager to manage finance system projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze information from various departments to create business requirements, working closely with the Product & Development team. They will also serve as a system administrator, offering user support and ensuring smooth system operation.

This role involves implementing effective system management workflows, monitoring system functionality, and promptly addressing any malfunctions. Effective collaboration with multiple departments is crucial for information synchronization and support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing finance system projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Collecting and analyzing information to generate business requirements.
  • Collaborating with the Product & Development team.
  • Providing user support as a system administrator.
  • Implementing effective system management workflows.
  • Monitoring system functionality and addressing malfunctions.
  • Establishing effective collaboration with multiple departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Fin-Tech/Information Technology.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Finance Software & System/ERP Software/Internal Finance System/Finance IT/Finance Information Sharing Platform is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and execution skills.
  • Self-motivation for achieving project results and resolving problems.
  • Good troubleshooting, learning, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in verbal & written English and Mandarin Chinese.
