OKX is seeking a HR Ops & Payroll Specialist to execute frontline HR operations and policies. The role involves daily HR tasks, benefits administration, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement. • Managing monthly payroll processing.
• Maintaining payroll processes.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Processing resigned employee's payroll.
• Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting services.
• Processing Government bodies claims.
• Assisting with daily HR Operations matters.
• Supporting employee queries.
• Participating in special projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with HR Operation experience.
• 3-6 years of experience in Payroll processing end to end.
• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function.
• Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Act & local compliance practices.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluency in English.
